Mr. Page had a bathhouse with 80 dressing rooms, a few sleeping rooms, and 1,400 square feet of porch, originally located on a rented lot at the southeast corner of Gulf and 8th Aves.

The Bathing Pavilion was known for its elegant architecture and luxurious facilities. It was a two-story building, with the first floor serving as a changing area and the second floor offering a grand view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The pavilion boasted a large ocean-facing balcony, where visitors could relax and enjoy the scenic beauty of the area.

The Pavilion had separate changing rooms and showers for men and women, ensuring privacy and comfort for its visitors. It also provided deck chairs and umbrellas for rent, allowing beachgoers to sunbathe and enjoy the sandy beach. The pavilion’s location right on the beach made it convenient for visitors to take a dip in the Gulf waters or simply relax on the sandy shores.
